I have expectations of people I interact with, even if it’s just a friendly exchange. Those expectations vary depending on what my relationship is with them. This makes perfect sense, of course. Ending relationships is difficult and painful and horrible.

With D/s relationships, in addition to the ‘normal’ stuff, there are often questions that sit on top of the ‘relationship is over’ emotional turmoil that you are going through.
